The Good Estate Agent

Hayley Ramsden, Your local letting agent covering Folkestone and the surrounding villages. Whether selling or letting, Hayley will prepare an in depth marketing plan for you to make sure your property is exposed to all potential customers. Yes we advertise on Rightmove and Zoopla but we do so much more than this. We don’t sit around waiting for a potential buyer to come forward but proactively match people to their new homes.

My name is Hayley Ramsden and I own a Sales & Lettings company covering Folkestone and the surrounding areas. I have recently worked with Albane on my Brand image and now have some fantastic photos that I can use for my social media and marketing.

Albane was amazing from start to finish. The planning at the beginning regarding locations and outfits was a buzz! We chose a couple of different locations including in a client’s home and Folkestone harbour with my daughters to show me as a business lady and a mum! After the initial giggles, it was all very natural and I almost forgot that Albane was there snapping away.

Albane really taught me a lot about myself and that using myself, my personality as a sales tool is the best way forward to elevate my business. Once everything was complete Albane provided me with many photos that I can use. Plus I still have the self belief that she installed in me.

I’ve recently grown my little team so look forward to a another shot with all of us soon!
